What is the salary like at Twin Peaks Restaurants?

No work life balance, unattainable goals, unrealistic expectations

clientele, while mostly horrific, sometimes are interesting

TERRIBLE management, overstaffing to the point of very low wages, no benefits, no warmer clothing allowed in freezing weather, fosters an environment that forces young children into inappropriately sexual interactions

money is good but ownership and corporate are horrible as well as managing staff

They knowingly kept a domestic abuser hired on after multiple complaints to corporate about his verbal and sexual harrassment

The money was good and made a lot of connections

The managers are toxic, rude, and they like to share your business with other workers. They constantly to over work the servers, they have their favorites. They will lie and say they will work with you’re schedule then never do so as soon as they schedule you when you made it clear you will not be available, if you can’t make it you will be fired sometimes they don’t care if you find someone to take it they wont approve. I would recommend this job temporarily unless you can find a location with a non toxic management.
