What is working from home like at Twitch?

Decent comp package (base, Amazon shares), work from home, free lunch.

Unsuitable CEO, unprofitable business (no pay rise in 2 years), repeated self-inflicted PR disasters, headcount freeze so everyone is overloaded with work after multiple rounds of layoffs

The only good thing about twitch is nice work colleagues (though most were fired in the 2 mass layoffs). Used to be a good place to work. Can work from home indefinitely (though expect this to change).

Incompetent management Physically abusive senior leadership No planning or forward thinking They cut all benefits Pay is low, yearly increases are <2% No respect for work/life balance - they expect to be able to contact you whenever they want (even at night). Insane levels of micromanagement. Almost nothing good about working here.
