Pros
Beau is amazing help us with the new hire process helped us explain everything so easy.
Cons
Not much to say about the cons
Pros
I feel like tho company really wants you to win in every aspect of the job
Cons
Hiring process was a little complicated when it came to signing up
Pros
Great manager good promotion for everyone
Cons
Hate hiring rude and always on the move
Pros
Good people in lower level roles. Will promote from within.
Cons
Lack of upfront schedule, people are constantly being asked to travel day of, or with 1-2 days notice. A peer of mine was hired from outside the company and expected to train a new hire class from his first day! His literal first day with the company! That’s insanity! Trainers aren’t developed, they are hired as sales leaders and expected to just magically become good facilitators. No onboarding or certification programs for trainers. You will be expected to facilitate content you have not seen facilitated or been certified in. The flex Director has zero education or experience in adult learning, tries to micro manage the training teams and has zero respect from trainers or training managers. Training managers do not conduct observations, do not fill in for trainers in their own areas that are sick or have emergencies. They are on “calls” all week long and we have nothing to show for it. Over all there’s just no forward thinking, no looking ahead, no strategy, the company is very reactive.
Pros
Actually develop the new hire and teach them how to sell more, not just systems education.
Cons
A little bit more potentially shocking to go out on to the floor.
Pros
The initial onboarding materials are standard, but any positive aspects are completely erased by how individual stores are actually managed.
Cons
Hostile & Toxic Workplace Culture: Management actively fosters a high-tension atmosphere. The GM openly told other employees that new hires "won't last a month," creating immediate job insecurity rather than a welcoming environment. Bait-and-Switch Tactics: I applied for a location 15 minutes from my house. I was intentionally misled during the interview process and told the alternative store was "20 minutes away," only to find out it was a 45-minute commute from home. Unverifiable "Ghost" Complaints: The GM repeatedly claimed customers and employees complained about my hygiene and dress code but refused to provide any specifics when asked. These complaints were entirely fabricated or weaponized, as I wore standard company attire (black button-up and dress pants) and upper management/trainers at New Hire University (NHU) had zero issues with my professionalism or appearance. Sabotaged Training & Commission Gazumping: Instead of allowing new hires to learn the systems, management actively sabotages hands-on training. I started a phone and watch sale, only for it to be completely taken over and restarted under different credentials so I couldn't learn the Omni checkout flow or earn the proper credit. Dangerous Solo Staffing: Expect to run an entire retail storefront completely alone. Management routinely leaves a single employee to handle a packed floor. When five customers are waiting and a single phone transaction takes 30 to 45 minutes, it forces customers to wait hours and sets the employee up for failure. Blocked Transfers: Despite the district claiming they are "fully staffed" to block transfer requests, multiple people quit and are rehired in the same week. Poor Store Hygiene: While management makes vague claims about employee appearance, they fail to maintain the store itself. The breakroom is routinely left filthy, with trash covering the tables and food crumbs all over the floor.

Pros
I learned so much, it was a great opportunity as a GM to experience what my reps have to offer and what to coach on for new hires. For me it was educational on procedures and how to make the guest experience more efficient.
Cons
Some days were long with a bunch of information.
