Like most Indian culture companies, it has a very toxic work culture very well camouflaged beneath everything superficial. Judging by many employees within the company (and confessed by them), it is very normal to work close to 12 hours a day (or more) and dedicate oneself almost entirely to the well-being of the company without being properly compensated and without the company being interested in these things happening. Most leaders do not know how to deal with people and they obtained that position only because of their technical qualities, which makes them poorly organized.
