Cons
Usually get scheduled the minimum number of hours required for full-time, somewhere between 30-32 per week. Sometimes, part-time cast members don't get scheduled at all. Could be working super early or very late into the night, depending on location. A lot of cast members only look out for themselves and do whatever they can to get ahead, including management. Disney says they care about their cast, but in some circumstances, it does not feel that way. Management is always looking for ways to fire cast members.
