Pros
Many lifelong friends, WPB office is a great culture. Lot of good long time employees especially at lower level.
Cons
Ownership is horrific and always looking to cut costs, terrible communication from top-down. Most staff is underpaid, CEO/CFO are entitled and just looking out for themselves and don't care about employees well-being. HR is a joke that is constantly turning over (besides one great employee) and the head of department doesn't actually care about employees - is just trying to protect company. The good people in non-baseball operations all leave because the higher ups are awful to work with. The people put in with Lerner connections especially are all in positions of power because of their connections, and almost all are terrible at their jobs and cause a miserable work enviornment.
