-Poor leadership from upper management - lots of gaslighting and not enough support for Department Managers

-Company is cutting down on labor, causing more stress on the current employees
-Politics come into play very heavily as well as the amount of married couples that work in upper leadership that use it to their advantage to snuff someone's career
- A very toxic "family" atmosphere
- Expanding and opening up new stores has caused a lack of quality in employees, and the blame gets put on department managers for their employees requesting so many medical accommodations
- The company is so scared of being sued that they cater to the bad employees and refuse to fire them and blame managers, again, for not being able to work around bad employees
-Upper leadership and HR will hold you back from growth opportunities and not give you an actual reason as to why
