Company direction was different for the Des Moines facility than what was shared during the interview process

Great, down to earth people

Have recently started hiring felons.

Flexible work schedule. Location wise very good, easy access to beach and mountains, comfortable weather and livable. Senior management is supportive and understanding.

Highly whitish people which will make non white peoples life miserable. Some of the groups are very good but the people who worked at fiber teams are extremely racist and do policing against others. They will take a very simple thing to the manager level without telling this to the person who may have done it for the very first time. They also consider themselves superior to other even though they are a far lower position and really doesn’t care about others opinion.

Fair work load, flexible work-life balance

My boss ensured me that my job was safe through the new company acquisition, but one day I showed up to our weekly one on one call and HR was there unannounced so I knew it was a bad sign. My entire department was laid off that day with no warning.
