This is a wonderful company to work for. They take care of you in terms of insurance, pay and living arrangements. They also train you and have so many opportunities for growth within the company.

Everyone is very overworked. Regional portfolios are too large to handle, meaning less contact with upper management at times.

Workload demands, strict corporate culture, Excessive Policy demands, low pay, Anxious upper management walking on eggshells, poor work life balance, policy driven rather than goal driven. Too many systems to manage, micro manage culture, working late or on off days often

Been with the company 4 months now. Willow Bridge seems to cares about your career growth, lots of opportunities to advance in the company. Training opportunities galore.

Long hours, no remote work.

The only pro is that the company is well spread so you could transfer if desired.

Lowest pay ever experienced within the industry. Competitive and territorial employees who made working in the leasing office difficult. Managers who weren’t willing to step in despite numerous documented cases of harassment. Zero work life balance. Was working every weekend and missing many important friend/family events despite requesting to possibly alternate, to no avail. Lowest PTO within the industry, you won’t catch up to competitors until a few years of service (you don’t even get a bday holiday). Lowest 401K in the industry (2.5% match). Their training was non-existent. I was told I’d have a mentor and even after checking in on this many times, I was never provided updates or support. My work quickly fell behind despite my best efforts to work with the team and learn due to this. Managers who may have been promoted too quickly and didn’t understand or enjoy their roles.
