There are no PTOs, and when you're unassigned from a project, sometimes it's difficult to get placed again, even though new hires keep coming in.

It's an outsourcing company, and if the client decides to end the contract, you might be fired.

Good pay-rate, awesome community, huge benefits (even as a full contract model), every day I have a reason to believe I'm not just a number for the company, a lot of good people to work with and learn from, fully remote.
