      Pros

-Benefits are good. Very competitive -People are amazing, across all departments. I've developed good personal relationship -Salary are above average and the office is very cozy with game room, nice coffees among other perks -Good for short term employment

      Cons

As many reviews mentioned before, job security was little or non-existence. Layoffs are frequent. Sometimes it was done by batches affecting few members in a specific departments, sometimes individually and it happened silently. I was one of the affected employees. No matter how long you have served in the company and your contributions, you are disposable. I have seen so many people being let go throughout my tenure here and the people who left are all good employees. If you manager does not like you, there's potential that you will be let go too To potential hire, please ask a lot of questions before you decided to accept the offer from this company

A live experiment with people’s time and sanity

      Technical lead
      Current employee
      Birmingham, England

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

You’ll get paid well to witness a live-fire corporate experiment. Bring popcorn.

      Cons

The company increasingly feels like a personal testing ground for the founder, Shurik Agapitov. Employee time, ideas, processes -- even basic stability seem to carry little to no weight in his decisions. Disagree with a directive or fail to deliver on something outside your actual role? Expect HR to show up and terminate your contract. Yes, you’ll likely receive compensation, but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s a powder keg. There’s been a hiring spree of Directors and VPs that borders on parody. If we don’t already have a VP of Coffee Brewing, it’s probably in the works. The individual responsible for these hires -- let’s call him Grubt “The Money Waster” Ways -- appears unsure of what he wants, and it shows. HR is fully occupied recruiting C-level talent that tends to resign within months without leaving a meaningful trace. Massive budgets are burned while technical departments fall into the red, unable to secure raises or competitive salaries. Meanwhile, trusted, experienced and competent people are walking away, unwilling to tolerate the chaos. The leadership circle hires friends from previous ventures who often contribute little -- some quite literally do nothing. The technical stack is in decay and largely abandoned, barely save for one functioning product: payments. Survival has become the unspoken priority. Be aware: the HR department functions more like a revolving door than a professional gatekeeper. Screening is superficial at best, and hiring decisions often appear based on vague impressions or internal politics rather than skill or fit. If you're looking for a quick paycheque, polish your LinkedIn, talk a good game during interviews, and don’t worry too much about actual qualifications -- they likely won’t be checked. Once hired, expect little in the way of onboarding, structure, or support. Just keep your resume updated, because odds are you’ll either burn out or be shown the door before you find your bearings.

toxic workplace where people are underpaid, and treated as disposable.

      Project manager
      Former employee
      Hamburg
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The only good thing about this company is the employees: hardworking, driven people who carry the entire operation on their backs. Their reliability is a testament to them, not the company. The organization doesn’t deserve the talent it has.

      Cons

The problems start at the top. The founder and leadership run the place like a chaotic experiment. “High priority” tasks are shoved onto you with zero warning, only to be scrapped two weeks later as if your time and effort mean nothing. There is no strategy apart of “we should grow 40% annually” - only ego, and whiplash. The work culture is aggressively toxic. Managers openly brag that “everything is solved through conflict.” And they mean it. One manager even told me that if my husband earns good money (not working at this company), I shouldn’t dare ask for a raise. Leadership churn is a joke: every six months there’s a new CEO, VP, or some other leader parachuting in with big talk and zero accountability. Money: Then there’s the reckless hiring of wildly expensive C-level executives whose main contribution seems to be pushing employees while dangling fake promises of raises. Fighting tooth and nail for a 5–10% bump is standard. Real investment in people? Practically nonexistent. Salaries are among the lowest in the entire industry across multiple countries. And the absolute worst: this company treats long-time, loyal employees like garbage. Entire teams are fired overnight with no explanation. Direct managers are kept completely in the dark. People who served the company for years are cut without warning because “costs” or “services not needed anymore”. Even when those same services were in high demand a week earlier. This isn’t a workplace. It’s a revolving door of mismanagement, chaos, and disrespect.

      Pros

Good engineers, interesting projects, quite OK salary at the start

      Cons

Disgusting processes. It doesn't matter if you need training or hiring a new employee - every time it's a new, stressful and exhausting quest. No fairness in pay and distribution of funds. Someone gets paid more in a year than I will get in my entire life and does literally nothing - doesn't write strategies, doesn't communicate with important people, doesn't present results, nothing. While one department hires useless employees and travels the world, another can't get even one QA hired. Getting a raise is simply impossible. Despite many promises to build a clear system, they haven't come close to this in 3 years. Bureaucracy. As a manager, I spend most of my working time filling out some reports. These reports do not add transparency and in my opinion no one ever reads them. But as if that weren't enough, almost every management and budgeting tool is just awful. As if that weren't enough, new tools are constantly being introduced, but not a single initiative has lasted even a year. If you're not willing to go on and on about how great you are, don't expect your work to be appreciated.

Great benefits, poor leadership, and a toxic inner circle

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The benefits are genuinely great, probably the only redeeming quality. The first year felt promising, with exciting projects and a collaborative environment.

      Cons

Constant hiring and firing, job stability is a myth. The company continues hiring in Russia via third-party agencies, despite publicly distancing itself. Layoffs always affect local employees, while expats are untouched — a clear bias. Leadership turned political and toxic almost overnight. If you’re “their people,” you’ll magically skip interview steps, get fast-tracked, and even receive sign-on bonuses, despite the company not officially offering them. Salary distribution is wildly inconsistent. Some individuals are overpaid with no real contribution.. just endless talk and no results. Gossip is rampant and confidentiality is nonexistent. People from other departments know your salary, professionalism is lacking.
