What is the salary like at Yellow Bus ABA?

Great work environment, good pay, opportunities to advance.

Stress, late cancellation policy, no pto

The job is not stressful, the pay is good, and my coworkers and supervisors are very supportive!

Other than my 30-minute commute there are no cons to this job that I can think of.

Good pay, very supportive managements, the communication is always great between everyone, very welcoming environment.

No pto and if sessions are canceled last minute we will not get compensation for it .

Part-time work and potentially volatile schedule

I’ve had the pleasure of working with some wonderful BCBAs for supervision.

That being said, I have had several challenges with the company itself. As a home provider, there is much less support and opportunity compared to the center. Hours/day are not flexible like advertised. There have been times when I was able to work 3-4 days a week and was told that they require a full 5. This left the case unstaffed for longer than needed which doesn’t seem beneficial for the client or employee. Pay is low. Pay for RBTs can remain stagnant for over a year at same low rate.

Depending on where the provider lives a lot of cases are far away.
