Pros
1) Good Infrastructure in terms of building
2) Lab also newly constructed, good facility not great.
3) Lots of learning in plant.
Cons
1) Exit interview whatever an employee discussed with HR; immediately circulated to department head and head will take your another round of interview by punishing you.
2) No safety at plant, sometimes even with hand hazardous chemical charged into the reactor.
3) Always blame game.
4) You can't go from the lab until your senior not leave at EOD.
5) Separate canteen and food for lead and managers.
6) No OT for Associate Research Scientist even if you work Saturday, Sunday, 1st Jan, 25th Dec, Holi etc. (Alt Saturday off, not the case for plant activity); Research associate (RA) have OT because they are junior; 16-18 years exp with MSc considered as RA,
7) Bus facility available for plant people; but the driver watch OTT while driving, nobody protest; also driver take local people based on his choice and take money; here also nobody protest, although it is an office bus.
8) Plant food is horrible.
9) R&D head is like a business man, no education only power.
10) All the HR are just fan of R&D head, oiling and favoritism.
