Cons
If you are in Tech support , this probably not the best company for you , Unless you want to be in support,
Purely night shifts , no flexible timings , No indian holidays , Everything will be client oriented .
Strict pressure on Tech support also they are overworked more than any one in this organization also undervalued.
Other LOB's suppress them and often everyone pressurize them including client.
Overall Tech support life is not good here , Join only if you are in any other department
Tech support is barely any technical they should call it product support
