Applied through a current employee referral. Met with two directors of different departments. Questions were very straight forward and more or less a conversational style. Asked me to go through my resume. They basically wanted to get to know me and determine whether or not I would be a strong fit for their department. Received the offer a few weeks later and accepted.

Conducted phone interview. Recruiter first asked general interview questions (tell me about yourself, etc) before questioning educational background and level of experience. Questions consisted of:
- Explain in detail the most recent Economic project you had to do
- Tell me what you know about [x+1]
- How familiar are you with SAS or other statistical software
