I applied for this position online and was quickly called in for an in-person interview with two other women. When preparing for the interview and coming in I noticed there was virtually no diversity on staff, all white women. The interview was pleasant enough but no mention of benefits, salary range, timeline, etc. I felt that they weren't prepared and just wanted to hire someone willy-nilly. They couldn't even tell me when I could expect to hear back and it took me emailing twice over the next three weeks to even get an answer about next steps and even then the interviewer didn't give feedback or an explanation as to why I wouldn't proceed to a second interview.
