Interview
Online interview with the hiring manager. The process was easy and the manager was informative about the job description. From the interview to the start date took a while, so patience is required.

Interview
My first interview with the recruiter went very well. We connected on company culture and the company as a whole. I asked about day-to-day and was told to ask at my 2nd interview. There is a new leader in the department and she would be the one to ask. In my 2nd interview, the interviewer spoke most of the time. She told me at the start of the call that she was a casual, conversational interviewer and then proceeded to ask me my formal procedure for employee relations issues. I didn't get to ask my prepared questions and felt rushed off the call. The first interview was great, The second interview was confusing and I did not hear back (3 weeks) about next steps.

Interview
After four rounds of interviews spanning 3 months, I received a generic rejection email from a do not reply inbox - not even from the HR representative I had repeated contact with. I spent a lot of time and energy preparing for the interviews just to be met with a generic rejection email. This made me happy I wasn’t selected since this shows how the company treats people. One of the interviewers also made fun of one of the systems I had on my resume and said how it’s so outdated that I should remove it -
but I’m currently using that system at the company where I’m now employed lol. Just an example of how knowledgeable they are about the industry.
