To start off, after the fact, I realized that even though 1101 Marketing has job listings online for multiple different jobs and positions (usually 7-8 postings), all jobs are exactly the same, and none of them are accurately listed. The interview was incredibly brief. I sat down, and a supervisor immediately jumped right into how to move up in the company. Actual qualifications didn't seem to be any sort of issue or factor, mostly just the ability to talk to people. The second day I shadowed an employee, and was shocked to see that every position, regardless of what it was, was actually just setting up a table on Sam's Club and trying to get the attention of people as they passed by. There were no real examples of marketing or training, just basically trying to sell stuff to people as they pass.
