Worst interview process I have ever had. They invited me straight for the final interview by mistake. They realised the mistake on the day of the interview and then canceled it and sent me an invite for a first interview. I passed the first interview and then asked to send a Figma file prior to the final interview. I did so but the HR lady forgot to forward it to the people who will interview me. During the final interview, it was a complete mess. They were creating the questions on spot and some were not making sense at all (maybe because English is not their first language). After the interview, they sent me an invite for a follow up interview which then they canceled 5 hours after and finally sent me a rejection email the following day without any feedback. Worst interview process ever.
