One round interview, more of a conversation with a Team Lead, went through my previous customer service experience and transferrable skills from working in retail. Showed me around the office and explained the day to day responsibilities involved in the role.

Usual process -- tell me about yourself etc. They talk about the role, the company etc. You talk about your background, examples of gotten good service, any questions about the role. It's a standard interview process. Be warned -- they like to extend probation for no reason!
