I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at 1CallClosers.com
Interview
First off, the job listing said they were looking for remote closers - no previous experience necessary, that they'd train you, etc.
Filled out a quick form with my contact info and automatically took me to a calendar to schedule a time.
On the day of the interview the interviewer texted to confirm and sent me "homework".
All fine, then we hop on the call and they asked if I had experience. They then said they're looking for remote closers who've been doing this for 2 years, understandable but they should have put that on the job posting for full transparency.
Then they suggested I take their $7K course to be fully trained and get (or potentially get) hired into the company. I told them no thanks and they suggested their free Skool community.
Not the best experience because their expectations weren't mentioned in the job posting, or in any communication ahead of time, and I was a bit blindsided by the sales attempt. Anyway, just know you're going to have to pay something to get hired.

Interview
Interviewer with initials BP was not professional at all. She called me the wrong name multiple times and came across very self-absorbed. Overall it seems like the business is using their interview process to gain followers, people logging on to their online platform (is a requirement to interview), and they require that you pay for training. I have never heard of something so scammy.
