1Password Manager, commissions interview questions

Had a total of 4 interviews, with recruiter, reporting manager, and 2 coworkers who I will be working closely with. Through out the 4 rounds of interviews, HR was in consistent communication with me. There was a nice touch where 30 minutes before each of my interviews, someone from HR would email me wishing me good luck. Everyone seemed very genuine.
