1st Ayd interview questions

The interviewer was pushy and unprofessional. I would never want to work for this company. There is no salary and they pay for business cards received. They told me it didn't matter whose business cards....just ANY business cards. Very strange.

Phone interview and emailed a 1 hour video. Invitation to go on a sales call. Described compensation plan of 3 segments. Encouraged to specialize in one area and given examples of what other outside sales representatives are doing.
