1st Competency: Making Effective Decisions

I answered each question in the STAR acronym format and related each answer back to the effective behaviours for each competency. Therefore, I was establishing the link between my example and the particular effective behaviours for each competency. Therefore, for the first competency, I was making it clear that I can examine complex information and obtain further information to make accurate decisions. As well as speak with the relevant people, in order to obtain the most accurate information and get advice as to how I should proceed. Thus, I can demonstrate accountability, make unbiased decisions and explain clearly, verbally, how a decision has been reached.
