I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 21CT
Interview
I was found by the hiring manager *first* and he put me through the process.
First we had lunch to discuss the opportunity.
Then I was put in contact with the HR/ Recruiting team. This was a formality.
There were a series of hour long interviews; all with good questions for both Peers and management.
Finally an offer was made over dinner & beer.
Best interview process I've ever been through.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 21CT (Austin, TX)
Interview
The interview process was thorough. I interviewed with four to five employees I would be working closely with. We discussed various topics regarding my background and skill set. It was an overall positive experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 21CT in Aug 2014
Interview
Contacted by two separate internal recruiters, neither of which was aware that the other was contacting me. Interviewed with several people, some of them very nice, many of them new to the company. The atmosphere was sophomoric but not unpleasant. Never contacted afterwards to know one way or the other. Who knows, maybe I go the job and they just forgot that I applied!
