Interview
At that time it was simple. Went to their office, did a paper coding test, then after that meeting with management and got the offer on the spot in about an hour.
Easy programming questions, anyone with a little bit of proficiency in solving programming problems should be able to ace the test. But if you want a refresher then it would be beneficial if you looked up common interview programming questions.

Interview
Send Resume, HR will contact you and arrange for interview. You would go to the office, do a 1-2 hours test paper, then depend on position you apply 1-2 people will interview you next. If you are interesting enough, you will get to talk to the directors which is usually Wenhan or Hong Ting. After that if you get the offer, they will send the offer through email.

Question 1
If you apply for dev position, expect basic to intermediate level of the topic and position you apply for. Generally speaking, there will be question with basic DataStructure, Algorithm, Database, and Design Question. I can't tell the exact questions, but expect one or two tricky question as well. You don't have to get all correct to get hired.
