I smashed the interview, started my 2 weeks of training and did incredible. I was excelling and I was at the top of my class. A week and a half into my unpaid training, they got my background back and denied me for the job. I had a very old and low level misdemeanor. They called me in and rescinded the offer, even after I had already put in a week and a half of training. They should really run the backgrounds before the employees start training. That was a terrible experience.
I did an initial "how would you answer these questions from customers" written form, as well as a typing and speaking test at a computer. Afterward I waited and was told I could get in on part of the group interview they were doing at the time in which small groups of 4 (maybe 5) were asked questions and each gave responses. Then after that we had a more formal interview/onboarding with the HR, who asked about hours available etc and gave the information for which training class you'd be joining.

Interview
It was a two step easy interview process. First one was on phone and the second was at the campus. I had to sit for a typing test during the second interview.
