Really bad experience with the recruitment department of EIT Digital. I was contacted by the HR lead via LinkedIn to have a call regarding their career offerings. The flow of the conversation was highly unprofessional, it was really difficult to set-up a clear date, after doing so they even forgot to call me. And here I need to mention that they approached me, not the other way around. I think it´s really sad to see the high level of superficiality and lack of professionalism at such an important European Institution. Very disappointing experience, and makes me wonder if they treat possible new employees this way, how is the work life there.
