It was very laid back and casual. In an industry where you have to have a love for the game of golf, it is very easy to make a connection with those interviewing you if you truly love the game. They'll ask about your background, your skills, your preferred schedule. Then they'll show you around the store before you head out. Turnaround process is very quick.

Interview has the classic pre-screen, informative interview, technical interview, and then an interview with upper management. Interview process is long and inefficient and lacked transparency. Be prepared to ask questions to expose this.
