My interviewing process was very ideal for my situation. Being at college meant I couldn't come in to have a face-to-face interview. They had me submit some work (videos, writing samples) to see if I would be able to offer any skill sets they wanted. I filmed and edited videos, and wrote blog-like posts along with the videos and sent them in. They would get back to me and offer different ideas on what they wanted next.
