It starts with a written application on basic questions about you, your reason to join and check for role fitment. Proceeds to video rounds on role fit and org fit questions. You will walk out of the interview feeling so much clearer and better about yourself. My personal favorite was the last round with Gaurav Singh, CEO because of the depth and layers the questions have and how beautifully you are getting to know more of yourself through these questions.
