365 Business Finance interview questions

Was interviewed and had positive feedback back from my recruiter. It was between myself and another candidate and they opted for the other person. I was told in q2 of 2023 I will be contacted again as they will be looking to expand the team again. However, they bypassed my recruiter and commenced their own hiring process and again went for someone else. Their reasoning behind not hiring me was because they thought I'd be looking for growth in my role sooner than what can be offered. In my interview I had informed them of my 5 year goal and progressing wasn't my priority it was having the ability to continue studying with their study support. Total experience was unpleasant as they are not a transparent company.
