3M DA Operator interview questions

Panel Board Interview: Consists of 3 to 4 people where they ask you a total of 12 questions. One of the questions is Can you describe a process. They want you to be able to walk them step-by-step through a process and they want to see how detailed and thorough you are with that process. The reason why they do this, is because a lot of the products you make there require you to be able to follow a process, every little detail, and not mess up. Other questions consist of, "What kind of software knowledge do you have?" Then the all important question, "Why should we hire you?"
