Asked very specific situational questions related to the job. They wanted very specific answers, no general answers. Interviewers gave nothing away and had good poker faces. It was a panel of three people who all took turns asking questions in a round table format. Each interviewer asked questions each. Helpful for person interviewing to remember to speak in a STAR (situation, task, action, result) format.

Straight forward interview with basic questions. Sit with a Superviser of the hiring department and a member of HR. Both go back and forth asking questions while taking notes on your answers. Got confirmation of hiring within 2 months.
