What are some scenarios where change wasnt implemented and what were the road blocks?
Un proceso corto, es sencillo, no es demorado, pero evalúan varias cosas, hacen pruebas técnicas, hacen entrevista, visita domiciliaria, pero el proceso es rápido, en su mayoría todo el proceso es virtual
Interview process: HR Phone Call Interview, Hiring Manager Interview, Final Interview with department head/lead
They rushed the interview process only to ghost and provide no feedback/updates afterward. The interviews themselves were easy though.
