Interview
Job application process starts with initial phone screening, followed if successful by an invitation to the office for an in-person interview. It's a fairly comprehensive 2 round process to ascertain energy, maturity, sales drive, flexibility and whether it would be a culture fit. Each interview is either with two managers or with one manager and one employee. If successful and the offer is accepted, the process goes to reference checking, garda vetting and a start date is worked out.
