Easy and straightforward. 2 steps, one with case interview and the second one with personality test, after the screening application which was a very informal talk about professional past experiences
1 meeting with recruiter for screening, 1 with Manager and 2 with colleagues in which capabilities, willingness and fit were tested. It has been a very pleasant experience and it was great to meet future colleagues.

Very fast process. Starting with a phone interview following an at-home case study to be submitted before the second interview.
1st interview: Simple questions about background
2nd interview: Preparation of a case study based on the current company's difficulty.
