Began with a short phone screen from lone recruiter/HR manager at 40|86. Nice and informative, and was invited on the phone to speak with a senior analyst on the phone the next day.
The second phone conversation was more informative than the first, still along the same lines of the first round, just simply walking through my resume, background, and cultural fit. One thing that was stressed was your PASSION FOR THE INVESTMENTS INDUSTRY.
Invited for an on-site 3rd round, where I met with 4 team members of the group I was to join. All were very nice, easy going conversations. Simply walked through resume, requirements of job, and how I would fit into the culture. All are hard-working, dedicated, and intelligent people. Was invited for 4th and final round interview within the same week.
I met with 4 individuals at a nice breakfast place near the office to have a nice meal and conversation discussing my background and the job. Seemed to be a very informal thing to assess how "human" and conversational you are--to make sure you are not an Excel robot. Then met with the president of the company. who is a great individual to speak with. Continued to meet with 3 others within the group, and whole process lasted about a half day or so.
Was called roughly 4 hours later and offered the job, discussed salary and benefits on the phone. Was given 24 hours to accept/reject verbally.
Was very happy with the quick -moving process, and the people I met with. Would recommend interviewing to all.
