I applied for a position at 4G Clinical and initially received a positive response, even a "Congrats" after the final interview. However, the process was suddenly put on pause without clear explanation. Recently, when the job was reopened, I reapplied and had to start the interview process all over again. After the HR interview, I was told the next interview would be on Monday, but I never received any follow-up communication. When I reached out, I was informed I could not proceed further, yet no clear reason was given despite my inquiries.
This lack of communication and transparency has been very disappointing and frustrating. I hope 4G Clinical can improve their candidate experience and provide clearer updates in the future.
