      Account Manager/Project Manager Interview

      7 Apr 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Easton, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at 4Productions (Easton, MA)

      Interview

There are several rounds to the interview process and nothing happens quickly. First you will meet with the General Manager of the largest company and they will do a presentation on the capabilities of the multiple companies, and then ask you what you saw, why you are interested, and what you can contribute. Then you will meet with several other people (take at least 8 copies of your resume) it can be very confusing if you don't know all the different companies so do your homework - do a drive by and the sign at the building tells you everything you need to know (Willwork, In4med, Teamwork, Summit Resources). The communication between the companies could use improvement so take lots of notes and get business cards of everyone, be sure to follow up with each individual. If you make it to round three you will meet with the CEO, he is sure footed a fast talker and will fire questions very quickly. Don't let the casual appearance fool you, he is the top dog and knows the type of individuals he wants on the team, go in with a portfolio and be agressive.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Nothing unexpected, I was in several group interviews where they talked about me while I was in the room, that was weird, but offered a good insight into what they were thinking about. Specific question, are you more of a manager or seller -
