5.11 interview questions

The interview process with 5.11 was great and very accommodating. I took the whole day off from my previous job to come on site and once learning that, the team made availability for all team members to meet with me in one day, rather than having to take further time off.

The first step was an initial phone interview with the recruiter, lasting about 30 minutes. The phone interview was then followed by a 45 minute in-person interview with two team members.
