The interviewers are fine,they will just ask something related from your previous job and if you have any experience in the same industry. They will ask you common questions and are very easy to deal. You just need to pass the training.

There's a demo lesson and English exam that would test your skills. You need to practice and all the materials are helpful. It was not that hard. Just need to practice before the interview.
I had an interview through video call, followed by a mock class, it was easy for me, I got the digital work ID and accounts for work after, opened QQ and skype account, and started working 2 days after.
