Excel test, then Behavioral interview, then actual hiring manager interview and finally online research test. I did really good at all three and was really confident as I had done that kind of research work for 3 years previously. Hiring Manager was irritated perhaps that I asked him to send me fresh assignment as he had sent an already filled one. His body language itself revealed that he wouldn't want someone more qualified. Finally he gave some lame excuses about faults in my work after asking me that just 50% of the assignment would be enough.
