The interview was very quick and casual. You meet with one of the managers and they ask you basic questions about yourself. I heard it varies between other interviewers, but it seems like they're just trying to see if you'd be a good fit.
-First round interviews were online and mainly asked behavioral questions about who you are and why 7 leaves
-Second round had the same questions as the first but was in person this time at one of the locations with a manager

They have you memorize drink descriptions and their abbreviations beforehand and test you after your interview. My interview was a long time ago but the questions were pretty basic. Mostly about working in teams and communication.
