One of the best and most transparent interview processes I have been a part of. HR communicated extremely well at each stage of the interview regarding what to expect and who would be interviewing me. The process consisted of 4 rounds: initial HR phone screen, technical interview with manager and senior data engineer asking mainly about experience on my resume, review of take home assessment with live coding SQL question, and a behavioural/career journey stage.
screening with recruiter was fine. she told me they like to move fast, but offered me the next interview 7+ days out. then they canceled the 2nd interview the day before saying they found their perfect candidate and offered me a consolation 15 min chat with the hiring manager, not sure what for.
