Basic questions, but when it came to pay owner said "If you don't like it, there's a
Taco Bell across the street hiring." That was the end of her rant.

Interview
You go into a small office outside Houston. I was excited about the prospects of this position until I realized that it is just another "multi level marketing" company: aka. A pyramid scheme. I've done it before and most people drop out. They try to take inexperienced young people and blind them with all the "possibilities" you can have when it's less than 1% while about 70% of people quit after 2 weeks. What a joke.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 8Elements Marketing (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was a 3-round interview process that took roughly 1 week. The first one was more like a screening (full-time? reliable vehicle? what are you looking for? etc.). Lasted around 10-15 minutes. The second round was on-site at the promotional event. Lasted about 45 mins (20-25 of which was observing the interviewer work the event). She also gave a little background on the strategies she was going to use and asked me to take notes. Then, when we sat down she went over the growth structure, schedule and the compensation. I was then told I would hear back only if selected for the 3rd round (which I was). The third round was an opportunity to give feedback about the events and ask any questions that I had.
