Very very very much like an Amazon interview. They ask the same questions in a multitude of ways. The interview takes all day as well.
It seems like they do not have much culture at the company.

Interview
Took a few months, but I did apply right before the holiday season. I thought the interview was structured very well. It starts with a phone screen to get to know your experience a little better, followed by a loosely-timeboxed homework assignment. I appreciated the timebox because it gave me a better idea on how feature complete the assignment should be before it came time to review it. The homework review is very collaborative, and is mostly talking about design decisions and where you would go next with the project. After that there is a 5 round interview cycle (in-person or virtual). 2 of these are more technical and the other 3 are behavioral. I also appreciated that they took the behavioral questions seriously, as I feel these end up being more important in a new hire. I also appreciated the hiring manager making sure to do a wrap-up and get to know you a little better (maybe considered a 6th round).
