The interview was quite easy and relaxed. The questions were simple and straightforward. The interviewers were very nice and pleasant. It didn't take long to hear back from them. Overall, it was a comfortable interviewing process.

After you apply, first there are a few language specific reading and comprehension and grammar tests that you should complete in a limited amount of time. If you pass them, you are scheduled an interview with a member of the HR Team and later, with a hiring manager of the team in question. As to the interview itself, I must say that I had the luck to have an excellent interviewer. Kalina Bakalova is a real gem in her field! She's been a real pleasure to talk to - kind, composed, on-point and exceptionally professional. She commits herself to the candidate and really goes out of her way to answer any questions and clarify any dilemmas you might have. And if you prove to be a successful candidate, she really tries to put the candidate in the right place within the company, where their potential will be appropriately valorized. My sincerest commendation to her. The same can be said about the hiring managers, they are nice, approachable, professional and transparent in their communication and description of the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges and their expectations from the candidate.
