It was fairly straightforward. Great people, although you did have to take an SAT! Luckily they assured me that they could train me up if I didn't hit the score they needed.
I was asked to complete a practice exam before coming to the interview, to see if I was eligible. Then afterwards, I was asked to come in for a sit-down interview. After the sit-down interview portion, I was asked to teach in front of the recruiters.
