Interview process began with phone screening call with HR. It then ran through 3 levels of interviews with hiring manager, team members, and senior management before receiving offer. Seemed professional and well organized.

The selection process in AO smith involved resume shortlisting, followed by a group discussion(basic as well as current affairs), and concluded with a personal interview to assess candidates communication, analytical skills, and overall suitability.
